1:1 COACHING

Coaching does not constitute psychotherapeutic practice. Problems related to addictions, abuse, trauma and other problems are psychological. Coaching aims to speak about your present and how you can realize the future you want. We look at what has held us back today and now.

There is no set time. Every couple of weeks is recommended for quicker results. Even so, there are people who prefer weekly, other biweekly and others monthly. It all depends on your time and how eager you are to achieve your results.
